Decatur is a city located in Wise County, Texas. It's home to one of America's most beautiful lakes. It sits just across the border from Lyndon B Johnson National Grassland - Rucker Pond, which offers visitors many opportunities for outdoor adventures like fishing or camping with friends!

The Sid Richardson Scout Ranch Campsite on Lake Bridgeport provides a location where kids can go camping while enjoying nature nearby.

The City of Decatur is served by the largest school district in Wise County. The DISD centered on six campuses: a High School and five elementary schools with newly renovated Rann Elementary.

Decatur's public-use airport, 2 miles north close to downtown property management offices, includes traditional landing strips divided into two different sizes and plenty of room on-site if you have your aircraft.

Decatur is an excellent place to live and work. The people are warm; the artsy vibe makes for some great restaurants with amazing food trucks on every corner!
